I certainly dont have the facebook app on my phone. Mostly because it hoovers up the phones contact list, and some of that information isn't mine to share with them, and I wouldn't share it even if it was.


That's nice, but your friends probably already did it and Facebook have graphed you anyway. Whatsapp also uploads all your contacts btw.


I've never used whatsapp, and just because some of my friends are on facebook, doesn't mean all of them are, and I especially don't want autoinvites going to my professional contacts.


Is that on Android? The iOS version doesn't appear to request access to the contacts database.
