I don't want to rain on your parade, but having worked in a lot of highly IP sensitive jobs, don't attempt to showcase your work from previous jobs. There is virtually no way to do this that can't be interpreted incorrectly. Unless your employer has granted an open source license on your work product even talking about technical details can be tricky.

I've literally stopped interviews when the applicant starts getting too close to what appears to be protected output.
