Actually, this is a pretty terrible idea in a lot of contexts. This could easily be interpreted as stealing from your prior employer.

I almost want to use the "flag" button for people suggesting this, given how colossally bad an idea it is. (But they are posting something on-topic, in earnest, so I don't.)

I'm not sure about that being legal.

If it's legal, make 100% sure it only has test data.

Still, it's probablly a better alternative to showing code (which is usually owned by the company).

It also has the disadvantage of not showcasing the back-end. In my case, most of my work doesn't show on a screen :) .
