No, the LLLL.coms have been bought up by domainers. They had some crazy bubble (which has now burst) for them as well. There are plenty of okish 5 letter .coms available.

Last time I looked yes a few, Also tons of <4 letter>.net available if you don't mind who has the .com version.

I found a couple a year back when I was looking in to this. But.. they sucked. Things like xjqx.com and so forth.
