It makes a joke of departments claiming to change after reactionary news as we have seen recently and taken at face value on Hacker News who have never done a project evidently.
At 5 years it would be one of the shortest timelines compared to similar projects if they can pull this off. Good luck.
This will obviously cost them a lot of $, but it will be interesting to see if it was to become more popular if it could save money in Austria if expanded.
