That's pretty scary. I wonder how it would have reacted if there was a car trying to turn left in the lane it drove through.

I've only ridden in a few Teslas, and every time I'm usually watching the display because it's cool - but it's so jumpy when reading the road, it absolutely doesn't inspire confidence in its ability.


In fairness to the robotaxi it doesn't drive into oncoming traffic. It does drive on the wrong side of the dividing line a bit, though humans have done worse.

Yes, the only city in which Tesla Cybercab (aka Robotaxi) is operating, in trial mode, with just a few vehicles.
