The Ads are so weird that I can not understand how it passed the company filters, and as the article says the answer probably means "leadership by committee".

Apple is starting to act like a big company with too much money in the bank, buying things like twitter, like MS with Skype.

It seems like they are also starting to loose their focus, their edge is getting rounder.
