When are they going to get a customer service department that is easy to contact and talk to? They have so many service based projects going on that need the ability to talk to a representative to get things fixed and there still isn't a way, that I know of, to contact them.


Am I wrong? If I am can you correct me? It would be nice to be corrected if I'm wrong instead of just being down-voted.
