I'm looking specifically for their customer service like being able to email a banker and just the ability to reach out with any questions.

For instance, when I travel, I can email my banker and ask them to request a certain amount of foreign currency at a branch for me to pick up.

I'm a member of 3 credit unions and while they are general friendly service in person, they're not the same as First Republic.

I know my money is safe and I'll wait until the process is complete, but I'd like to have ideas when all my money is inevitably moved to Bank of America or some other massive bank.
