I started using bootstrap for my a homework assignment and my only regret is that why didn't I adopt it before! I've used blueprint before but bootstrap is just so idealistic - earlier I've struggled for hours to vertically align image and multiline text. Bootstrap just takes care of the OCDs when non-designers feel frustrated with the lack of design skills!
