My guess is that the biometric facial recognition data was requested, and that Facebook is trying to block that request.

If this is the case then I actually consider this OK. I wouldn't consider the biometric facial recognition data 'mine'.

However I would take offense to Facebook selling that particular data more so than most other data they have on me.
