I doubt this is legal. If your car kills someone, you're going to jail. Mercedes, the company, cannot do jail time; it can at most pay fines - and there's no legal system in the world today that would accept it.

And if it does, we'll just get a few enterprising folks delivering "hitman as a service" in no time at all (driving hacked Mercedes vehicles into people claiming no responsibility).
