I think he's talking about the conversation going on about FB, Youtube, Twitter removing posts that are hate speech, inciting violence, spreading misinformation, etc.
I'd love to know the OP's location where free speech protections are stronger than those of the US, so much so that it is entertaining to watch moderators enforce the rules of their internet forums from afar.
