Still waiting for KWin to become functional on Wayland. Some serious bugs prevent it. And where is RedHat rushing exactly? Something like adaptive sync doesn't even work with Wayland compositors yet. So good luck using your fancy adaptive sync high refresh monitor with games in Wayland session.
