And some unintended consequences as well. Buddy on my hockey team got a notice from Comcast that since he continually went over his 100GB data limit every month, they were raising his rates.

Incredulous, I asked him, "What on earth on you doing where you're blowing through 100GB of bandwidth every month?!"

His response? "I have to stream all my Netflix movies in 4K."



100GB?? That's barely enough to buy a couple of video games. Where do they have that limit?
