A good start point can be submitting the webapp to techcrunch and read/write web

And what's next?

So? 3 points and no answer?

Did you know that SEO can be very beneficial for your online business? I'm not talking about going to a SEO firm and spend thousands of dollars with them, I'm talking about using basic SEO techniques, that a lot of newbie internet entrepreneurs don't know about, to improve your visibility on search engines. This article helps in that direction.

I didn't know. Thanks.

Pretty mathematical paper but very interesting. You can follow it with elementary linear algebra notions (if you learned them of course ;))

It's hard to believe that two PhD students came up with all of this. I think they got some help from their professors :)

I don't think you've been in academia much. Professors just put their names on things :)

Actually I have.

And top notch professors -- such as those at Stanford -- will generally not do that.

And top notch students -- such as those at Stanford -- don't necessarily need professors to come up with things like this.

It was a joke, by the way.

That's completely true. I also like the blogosphere more than normal news because bloggers are more credible. Anyway, I'm also happy good bloggers can monetize their work by doing payed reviews and I'll continue to be happy as long as they keep the responsibility to write honest reviews, that can disagree with the product/service/business reviewed.

Besides that, you will be always able to find honest bloggers who will write this reviews in a responsible way, why? because there a lot more bloggers than news channels ;)
