Our open-source SaaS platform is being used by 300+ local governments and organizations in over 18 countries, facilitating two-way communication between governments and their residents.
Our 25 person - and quickly growing - product/development team is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails engineer that has successfully scaled a modular rails API beyond a single team, preparing the codebase for the next growth horizon. The position is part of our Platform squad, working horizontally across the functional squads to provide future-proof technical foundations.

We're looking for a Lead Architect, a DevOps engineer, a QA Engineer and multiple Full-Stack engineers. Our back-end is written in Ruby and Elixir, our front-end in Typescript using React.

We are currently looking for a senior full-stack engineer well-versed in Elixir and Phoenix. A specific feature of our product, called 'online workshops', is all about real-time textual interaction in various forms, in combination with Jitsi video calls. It's built on top of Phoenix LiveView.
In this role you'll take the lead on bringing workshops to the next level in a dedicated workshops squad, together with a designer, a fellow developer and a product manager.
