Xenodium is doing great work for Emacs community. I am currently using `agent-shell` but I don't like the header added on the top of the buffer. I already have all information I want at the bottom. The bottom line you have make it optional so that minimalists can choose to remove it.
This is an interesting take. I am am from Africa thus context may vary. I would approach this from its fundamentals.
1. Who's responsibility does the venue selection and consequently payment belongs to. Where I am from people have option to contribute to the wedding budget but not specifically to the venue.
2. There is danger of people not liking the venue, this can lead people to drop-out and not attend due to the venue selection
3. This idea is great and can disrupt the entire industry
I have been playing with "Flat Habits" application and it is very promising. I discovered it from twitter and couldn't believe someone is working on it. I am looking forward to having it in the Apple Store
