Was about to buy this book, but from the reviews it seems the author is using very US centric sports (Baseball, football) to explain things. So if you are from outside the US and have no understanding of the sports you will struggle.

Quran 2.177: Piety does not lie in turning your face to East or West: Piety lies in believing in God, the Last Day and the angels, the Scriptures and the prophets, and disbursing your wealth out of love for God among your kin and the orphans, the wayfarers and mendicants, freeing the slaves, observing your devotional obligations, and in paying the zakat and fulfilling a pledge you have given, and being patient in hardship, adversity, and times of peril. These are the men who affirm the truth, and they are those who follow the straight path.

A few things:

- Go to the doctor and check for Diabetes, Thyroid and blood pressure. Especially diabetes can cause those meltdowns.

- Sport obviously

- Time for me. You need to have free time outside of whatever you are doing now. Go for a walk or a cafe and have some downtime.

- Supplements. For me personally I'm seeing good results with taking Ashwagandha

- Finally and this is the most important one: you need to be able to predict when the meltdown will happen. Meaning, with time you need to be able to see it coming and do something before it happens. Don't let things pile up to the point of a meldown, address them as they happen.

I take Macushield (UK brand) and it got lutein (10 mg), zeaxanthin (2 mg) and meso-zeaxanthin (10 mg).

It was shown on a BBC program to help. I tried it and it changed things drastically for me. I used to have my TV very close to my couch because I was struggling when watching movies or gaming. It also made my sight better at night.

Obviously this is my personal opinion only.

Have the same feeling, but unfortunately I have a family to feed. I wish I could just take a year off and do absolutely nothing.

What alternative do you have?

What are the symptoms you have? is it like feel tired all the time?

I get tired easily, but that could be almost anything. The show stopper is the shortness of breath that happens even after talking for more than a few minutes, or walking a block or two. Shopping for groceries does me in for the day.
